Palli Sanchay Bank Rangpur Division's Managers' Conference, Business Action Plan and Incentive Award Ceremony for Field Officers and Employees was held. The day-long event was held at Ryan's Hotel in Rangpur city on Saturday. The chief guest at the Managers' Conference was Nur Alam Talukder, Honorable Director of Palli Sanchay Bank. The special guest was General Manager Md. Ala Uddin and the guest of honor was Board Secretary Muhammad Ali.
The event was attended by the Monitoring Officer of the concerned department, Kazi Imrul Kayes, the responsible officers of the district office, all branch managers of Rangpur division and the field level awardees/employees based on the performance evaluation of the 2023-24 fiscal year.
The guests took the opinions of the participants in the management conference and gave directional speeches. Along with this, everyone was called upon to play a stronger role in achieving the goals and objectives of the bank.
At the conference, incentive awards were given to the field level officers and employees based on the performance evaluation of the branches under Rangpur division for the fiscal year (2024-25), adoption of business action plans and performance evaluation of the previous fiscal year.
