A prayer mahfil was held today after Asr by the Rangpur Metropolitan Jubo Dal to pray for the recovery of the 'mother of democracy' former successful Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.
Present at the prayer mahfil were Rangpur Metropolitan Jubo Dal convener Nurunnabi Chowdhury Milon, senior joint convener Zahir Alam Nayan, member secretary Atiqul Islam Lelin, joint convener Rafiqul Islam Mithu, Wahid Murad and leaders and workers of the Jubo Dal of 6 police stations and wards 1 to 33 under Rangpur Metropolitan Jubo Dal. The prayer was conducted by Muhtamim Maulana Mahmudur Rahman of Karimiya Madrasa (Academy).
