Free medical treatment in Dinajpur
Dinajpur, January 10, 2026 : Free medical services and free medicines have been provided to patients at Bhaduria Bazar in Nawabganj Upazila of the district under the initiative of BNP Standing Committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain.
This free medical service and medicine was provided non-stop from 2:30 pm to 10 pm yesterday, Friday. In the free medical camp, patients suffering from cold, cough, pneumonia, affected men, women, and elderly children were provided with serious medical service and medicine. In the organized medical camp, doctors conducted primary examinations and issued medical certificates.
To ensure the health protection of the common people during the ongoing cold wave across the country - Dinajpur-6 seat BNP candidate Professor Dr. AZM. Zahid Hossain and his wife Dr. Sharifa Karim Swarna initiated this free medical service. Several doctors from a medical team provided long-term medical services to about 800 patients who came to the free medical camp.
Locals have praised the organization of such free medical services and free medicines as a humanitarian service.
