Two-month Shatranji Weaving Training Course concludes in Rangpur
This afternoon, Rajshahi BSCIC Regional Office Director Zafar Bayezid was present as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the Shatranji Weaving Training Course organized by the Rangpur BSCIC District Office.
The program was presided over by Deputy General Manager of Rangpur District BSCIC Office Md. Ehsanul Haque.
In his speech at the closing ceremony, the chief guest said that BSCIC is playing an important role in the industrial development of the country.
He said that the development of this industry is possible only if everyone starts working on their own initiative or in a group.
He assured the entrepreneurs of financial and overall support from BSCIC.
Regarding the growth of women entrepreneurs, the director said, "The government is giving special importance to the development of women entrepreneurs. Currently, the government is providing all-out support to entrepreneurs through such training programs."
Participating entrepreneurs can further expand their businesses by using the knowledge and skills acquired through the training.
He urged the trainees to become their own entrepreneurs rather than applying the knowledge gained from training to other organizations.
It is worth noting that certificates were distributed among 30 trainees of the two-month Shatranji weaving training course.
BSCIC officials and employees were present at the event.
