 On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Pashe Achi organization has provided essential food items for the month of Ramadan to underprivileged families of the society. Like every year, this time too, the social organization provided food items for a month yesterday. This time, 15 kg of rice, 1 kg of mushur dal, 1 kg of chickpeas, 1 liter of oil, half kg of dates, 1 kg of salt, half kg of muri, 2.5 kg of onion, and 2.5 kg of potatoes were provided. Under the leadership of poet Helen Ara Sydney, the entrepreneur and organizer of the social organization Pashe Achi, the food items were distributed to underprivileged families of the society in various neighborhoods including Kamal Kachna, Talkitari, Munshipara, Robertsonganj, Haragach in Rangpur city. Poets Ankana Jahan and Anwarul Islam Rana were present at the time. The organization distributes new clothes to underprivileged children during Eid, distributes blankets to cold-stricken people, provides sewing machines and rickshaw vans for self-reliance projects. The organization also stands by people in any difficulty.
